         <title><![CDATA[Polyphasic Sleep ( day 2)]]></title>

	&nbsp;

	Hi! This is my 2nd day of polyphasic sleep and like the first day is being a quiet day!

	I woke up at 5 AM and started doing my plans for today!

	at 7 AM i went for a run(nothing to do) and at 9 AM i slept for 1.30 hours!

	At 10.30 AM I studied a bit and at 14 i slept more 20 min.

	7 PM I played soccer with friends and I havent slept more until 22(now) so its worthless to make plans for my sleep hours, for now on i will only sleep when i feel that I need some sleep.

         <title><![CDATA[Polyphasic Sleep(day 1)]]></title>

	Hi there!

	Today is my first day of polyphasic sleep and so far so good!

	I studied until 3 A.M and then I played a game( Monster Dash) to relax . I went for a 20 min sleep at 5 AM and then I studied again until 10:50 AM.

	At 11 AM i slept until 12:30.After I wake up, i had a lunch with my friends and then i went to&nbsp;college&nbsp;because I had test (and I'am happy that I have had plenty of time to study the night before).

	At 4 PM I went to the gym, I wasnt tired.
