Polyphasic Sleep (Day 8)
Hi! Today I've done something new, something that for some reason is wrong. I skipped a nap and I slept more 20 minutes at the next nap!
What I think that happened:
My body entered on the REM phase and then spend at the next phase (phase 4) , so I woke up much more tired, and it was very difficult to get up.
Let's see if I can reorganize my sleep after the next nap 1.30 hours.
My trainning is going as I've planned and i dont have any abnormalities lo report!
